Historic Coca-Cola Wall Ad

Here is part of the historic Coca-Cola Bottling Co. wall advertisement on Lauderdale Street. The sign above it is pretty much explanatory. I'lll post a photo of the other part later.

Thats a neat sign and smaller sign to give an idea of what it use to be for. We have an old Coke bottling building in Terrell. I think I have a picture of it somewhere on my site.

Love the old signs. It's unusual to see one repainted.

It's been well over a year since I've had a coke and I don't miss it at all - but I would miss seeing old advertisements like this one.

Wonderful! All restoration is wonderful to me, and to be commended. And to have a record kept of it, as you're doing here.

Neat artwork/ad. I always liked seeing sides of buildings being painted - I think it adds a bit of character. Certainly better than all the grey concrete one sees now.

Thanks for visiting my NorthBayPhoto blog.

It is great they restored the sign but it would have been a lot better if the notice about it hadn't intruded so much.

Its always nice to have historic restoration of building signs and paintings. Although, like Annie, I'm not one for coke but the advertisement sign is interesting.
