The Resurrection Cross

The sky was mostly cloudy the day after Easter, but flowers on the cross
 in front of Church Street United Methodist Church were still vibrant with color.
 I like the way the newly leafed tree posed in the background too!

Oh, my goodness! So lucky to have leaves on the trees. We still barely have buds here and it is still way below normal temperatures. I feel like we missed spring!

EG, April is lovely here, but July and August are tough even on us life-long Southern Summer Survivors! It's the heavy humidity that gets to us. Thank goodness for air conditioners!
