Fountains, Municipal Complex

The municipal fountain gives a splash of coolness beneath the shade trees between City Hall and the library.
Any sense of cool is welcome these days when temperatures continue to top out toward 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Beautiful photo of the fountain! I was just there this weekend and took several photos of it myself! - Thanks for posting so much information on what is available to do in Selma! Hopefully, tourism dollars will pour in from all of your promoting!

Amazing capture! It's true that any water seems refreshing this time of year.

What is the fine for jumping in?

Hi Nikki, Thanks for visiting Selma, both in person and via the blog.

Jim, I bet there wouldn't be a fine in hot weather like this! I saw a little girl sticking her hands in this fountain today.

When you talk about the heat wave you're having there, I felt sympathy for you.

Then you show this beautiful photo of a fountain where you are no doubt spending most of your time, typing away on your laptop...

Does this mean you're all wet?

;-))

Fantastic photo!
Here's hoping you get a reprieve from that very warm weather soon!
