Expecting

We noticed this squirrel dragging branches and twigs to her nest.
She would stop every so often to fuss at the cats, who gladly traded their outdoor ramblings for inside safety. I haven't seen her working the past couple of days, so I assume she is finished and ready for babies.

April and Azaleas

If it's April in Selma, then there must be azaleas. Looking down an Old Town street, this yard and many others are banked with the showy flower. But watch out! A freeze may be coming this weekend. Glad I have already caught most of the Spring Show on camera.
