I love blue.

I love old-fashioned roses.

I love white picket fences and cottages and fancy fretwork. 

So I love everything about this QUAINT little house

 in Selma's Old Town!

I used a focal black-and-white effect to spotlight the foliage, and in the background you can see Carol's greenhouse.
