Selma Mayor George Evans recently welcomed Santa Claus to the Cahaba Mental Health 

Center's Christmas Village program. Santa sure deserves a pat on the back 

for all the appearances he makes this time of year!

A New Historic Marker Unveiled

A new historic marker was unveiled Saturday during Riverfront Market Day.

The marker summarizes Selma's part in both Confederate and Civil Rights history.
