We Can Fly! (Skywatch Friday)

Sometimes photography enthusiasts just get lucky!

I was lucky the day I captured this copter whirring right above the windshield of our truck along U.S. Highway 80 west of Selma. The deep blue sky, just a bit saturated, seems to accentuate the glory of flying . It was a beautiful day, and the camera even caught the reflection of the highway right of way.

Happy Skywatch out there. Catch more skies at www.skyley.blogspot.com.

Good morning, Jim. Good question. I don't know what the arms are for unless they had something to do with a construction site that the helicopter was flying over. The site was related to highway improvements. But, that could have just been a coincidence.

Jim, I have an update for you about the arms. I received an email from someone who said the arms are GPS (global positioning system) antennas.
