We Can Fly! (Skywatch Friday)
Sometimes photography enthusiasts just get lucky!
I was lucky the day I captured this copter whirring right above the windshield of our truck along U.S. Highway 80 west of Selma. The deep blue sky, just a bit saturated, seems to accentuate the glory of flying . It was a beautiful day, and the camera even caught the reflection of the highway right of way.
Happy Skywatch out there. Catch more skies at www.skyley.blogspot.com.

Neat shot, whats the arms on the sides?
Great shot as always ,but I just love the blue!!
Great catch and love that blue! Have a great weekend :)
Good morning, Jim. Good question. I don't know what the arms are for unless they had something to do with a construction site that the helicopter was flying over. The site was related to highway improvements. But, that could have just been a coincidence.
Thanks for stopping by, Kathleen and Tanya!
What a magnificent shot! Perfect for SkyWatch!

Stunning blue skies and you got it all beautifully
Jim, I have an update for you about the arms. I received an email from someone who said the arms are GPS (global positioning system) antennas.
