Vaughan-Smitherman Courtyard

These azaleas in the courtyard of the Vaughan-Smitherman Museum were in full bloom at last weekend's Selma Pilgrimage.

I hope to snap more spring flowers today before storms move in tomorrow and stay through the weekend! How fortunate Selma was to have had a perfect-weather weekend to showcase its homes and gardens!

I never get tired of looking at the azaleas! We have our annual Springtime Tallahassee parade this Saturday. I'm hoping the weather cooperates!

A great flower garden. Flowers are nice smell. Offers the best with all my respect.

Selma's got the jump on BHAM for azaleas in bloom. We are covered in the most magnificent cherry blossoms right now and the dogwood is coming out but no real azalea show. I'll enjoy yours, my favorite color by far.

Azaleas are one of our favorite flowers, too, and we've got several different kinds in our yard. Some of them bloom for a long time.

So glad your weekend turned out well!

oh this is beautiful!! I love Azaleas. There's a town in Oklahoma not far from here that has a big deal every year about them. Hope I remember it this year. :)

Beautiful azaleas and grounds. I guess you are going to get the weather we just missed.
