Christmas Cat (Camera Critters)
Our 12-year-old rescue kitty has always craved companionship...so much so that he spent Christmas morning hugging his Daddy's leg and serving as a ribbon receptacle as gifts were opened. While he isn't smiling for the camera, I can assure you that he's a very contented cat!

Gosh, I wish this "Baby Kitty" our daughter brought with her when she moved back home, I wish it was a loving cat. It bit me the first day here but now, after a couple of months of makeup, it finally will, sometimes, come up on my lap. And it doesn't mind to be petted. It has the same color eyes and the black coat. I call it a "Black Panther" as it is so big.
I do like your cat and the way it hangs on for dear life. To be a rescued cat must be the best thing that ever happened in this cat's life.
I was rescued too, so I know how thankful your cat is!
He is soo cute and content. My cat loves to spend time on my lap, but she draws the line with ribbons and bows on her.
What a lovely cat.
What a sweet cuddly baby!
a real sweetheart Sandy
Rescue animals are the most loving, like kitty here.
he looks very content, a nice warm spot to watch everything.
What a beautiful kitty! How lucky he is that you rescued him! And how lucky you are too. ;-)
Lookie there...he looks so comfy! Great shot. I'm sure he is very contented. :D
I'm playing Camera Critters for the first time this week! It's here.
Nice photo, your cat looks very appreciative that you rescued him.
so cute.....
Oh, this is too cute for words!
What a difference a generation makes! Our cats are the offspring of a rescue cat and they're all standoff-ish and too cool.
(:-) Not really, but they're also not as cuddly as your kitty here).
Best wishes to you and your loved ones for 2009! Thank you for your visits to Villigen.
What a sweet and precious photo! It just makes me smile every time I look at it - I love the emotion this photo captures.
