Forsythia
Exuberant forsythia!
These nuggets are among the first signs of Spring here, and my neighbor's shrub is as golden as I have ever seen it. I have forsythia, but mine has never been this glorious. Forsythia (if you can bear to cut some of its branches) makes a wonderful filler in early-Spring arrangements. Just get some dogwood and redbud, perhaps a few Bradford pear blossoms, and what a beautiful bouquet!

Oh sigh. Oh sigh. Oh sigh...
Its spring! Forshthia is gorgeous. It so nice to have such a bright flower at the start of the year.
I can feel the warmth! :)
i don't think i've seen any of this around here, but it's a beautiful yellow. we have a lot of bradford pears, and they've been shedding their white blossoms in the last few days...
What a beautiful flower! Thanks so much for visiting Cypress Daily Photo. I feel like I'm finally coming up for air and am looking forward to reconnecting with the daily photo family.

nice combination of yellow flowers and sweet blue sky.
My old friend, forsythia. I am reduced to miniatures versions now but they still have the yellow flowers. Nice photography.
Abraham Lincoln in Brookville, Ohio.
Wow, these are spectacular, particularly set against the clear blue sky.
Sometimes beautiness is in front of us. Yellow, all yellow.

Nice shot!
Is the redbud budding already?
That's usually a sign for me to trek back to Michigan...
Thanks for your comments!
Isabella, I don't know about Michigan, but redbuds are blooming in Alabama as is some dogwood. I haven't seen any azaleas out yet, but there are a few wisteria.
I bet the Michigan woods are beautiful in Spring. Don't miss it!
No flowers here yet, but the buds tell me it won't be long in Delta!
They really are lovely! I don't think I could bear to cut off some branches for an arrangement. Well, maybe if I had LOTS. :-)
Thank you for your nice comments on my Villigen blog.
I know the spring is here by looking at your photo. That is a beautiful flower.
Does this come in other colors? I think I may have some in my yard. :)
Beautiful photo!
