Lapsley Street: Live and in Color!

Byrd Elementary School is almost hidden behind a wall of color. These brilliant hues can be seen all along this section of Lapsley Street.

It looks as if the wonderful colors of the vegetation in the fall has been created to help us face the winter, to comfort us in a way........

Wow - that is brilliant .. I live in a country where the trees are mainly evergreen, so whereas we get some colours in Autumn, not like this !

We're a little bit further along the road toward winter and brown leaves or bare trees. But it sure is nice to see all the color there in Alabama.
