From the Butterfly Garden

Black-eyed Susans reach for the sky at the Mallieve Breeding Butterfly Garden at the School of Discovery. These easy-to-grow Gloriosa daisies like full sun and most any kind of soil. I hope they like heat as well, because temperatures this week are in the mid-90s Fahrenheit.

Those would look nice next to my house. I had a black-eyed susan but it was a vine. It only lasted one summer.

I love the angle / perspective of this shot -- very happy feeling. :)

Pretty! My cosmos are starting to bloom. I can't wait to share the pics. I hope they can withstand the heat we're getting over here too.

I always have some of these flowers here and mine are just beginning to get some height. I look forward to blooms like you have. And we are supposed to get into the 90s on Thursday and Friday.

I also like the angle of this shot - the close up of the flowers!

Nice photo. 90 would kill me. I guess we might have gotten up to about 50 today.
