Budding Azaleas

It's still a long way until Spring, but some of the azaleas
in Old Live Oak Cemetery just can't wait!

How interesting that you found a sign of life at the cemetery.

Azaleas have already bloomed here and are now (I hope) in their 2nd incarnation - we had a couple of hard-freeze nights, but so far so good.

Hi Janet...a professional tree person insisted Spanish Moss does not kill trees, and you're right that it certainly does not kill all of them, but it seems to me (unscientifically) that it does damage them to the point where they die.

I wouldn't put money on that, though! :)

I miss my azaleas. Hope you have a huge display of them this year.

I think we have tiny blooms on our azaleas. The Bradford Pears are about to burst open.
