So, a couple evenings ago, I was stir-frying okra and tomatoes
when a glimpse of pink sky caught my attention through the window.
Turning off the stove and grabbing the camera, I ran outside
to forever savor the blessing of the day!

That is a great sunset - we had a sunrise like that the other day and I need to post my photos of it soon.

The perfect end to a perfect day, I am betting! Very beautiful! And okra and tomatoes sounds good! (I am harvesting okra myself this month!)
Oh those pink skies .... beautiful in whatever state or country you live in! Great capture!!
Lovely sky shot. I posted a red sky this week also.
Thanks for stopping by my donkey in the garden post. It lead me to another great alabama blog. My mother was born and raised in Brundidge and all her family still live there. I visit your state rather often.
I keep saying I am going to make time one of these trip to see more of the state then just the areas where I have kinfolks
I noticed you listed some other Alabama blogs on your sidebar. I have a blogging friend from Alabama that is not on the list. Have you visited Amy at:

Thanks Rita. It's always great to meet another Alabamian, especially one who blogs! Just added Amy's blog to my Alabama list.
