Steeple Views

The steeples of Church Street United Methodist Church , left,
and First Baptist Church on Lauderdale Street, right, are impressive
against the evening sky in downtown Selma.

Lovely as an almost silhouette.

Love a skyline with steeples -- especially in the early evening light.

Gorgeous photo! I may post some of my cached pictures from Va and AL of churches as well as Tucson. This picture reminded me that I have a great shot of one I'd like to share.

So beautiful. Now I'm wondering where you were standing to take this!

Fairhope, I was standing on the third floor looking out a window of the old YMCA building. Great view!

Sticking shot and I like the sunlight though the window in the steeple.

What a fortunate shot. Last winter I spotted the same two steeples image on a rainy day and my photo was sad in comparison to this one. So dramatic the way the church architecture is outlined against the evening sky.
