The Lady Banks Roses

These Lady Banks roses began blooming in March,
but they are usually at peak in early April.

However, due to some late frosts, some may not reach
full bloom for a few more days. These roses are located
in the municipal complex next to City Hall.

I had a fence full of Lady Banks at a former house. They were always so pretty!
