There are still a few pink roses blooming along the trellis and iron fence behind the St. James Hotel. While these are a hardy variety, I wonder how they will fare in temperatures in the teens. We'll soon find out!
Yes Kate, usually I am commenting on your gorgeous Mexico photos this time of year! Try to enjoy all that snow! We may get a dusting here tomorrow. If not, it will be a cold, cold rain.
The wrought iron, blue sky and flowers remind me of Mexico. Perhaps I should not have stayed home this year! I now yearn for warmer weather!

ReplyDeleteI am thinking those pretty blooms will soon be gone. I am tired of this cold snap. Bring on the global warming!
ReplyDeletebundled up, we are.
ReplyDeleteI don't think they can last much longer. Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteA pleasant, exotic view definitely... excuse me while I take off my parka!!:)
ReplyDeleteIt shouldn't hurt them in the long run. It would have to be down there for several days before it would damage the plant if it is a hardy rose.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is wonderful, the flowers on the wrought iron fence.
