Must be a Party!


A line of balloons along a fence in the Old Town neighborhood recently caught my eye. I'm "guessing" that someone was having a party!

    I wonder how long they lasted...seems to me I hear a few young lads coming who are singing "Pop! goes the weasel!"

    That does not bode well for the balloons.
