I found two yards with blooming spring flowers today. Last year, I posted a narcissus photo on Feb. 4. Thanks to plenty of rain and warm weather, these popped up a month early.
Those narcissus are beautiful!I have some that are emerging here in North Alabama, too. They are a more cold hardy type than the tazettas in your picture but I hope the coming arctic freeze doesn't harm them.
I think we are headed down below zero or close to it. It snowed all day so no flowers at least until March or April.
ReplyDeleteWow, it just seems to early! I'll have to check and see if my daffodils are peeping out yet.
ReplyDeleteThat's crazy they're so early. Thanks for documenting it.
ReplyDeleteMy lime tree is blooming like mad, but I keep it indoors. :)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty flowers. That reminds me I need to get my bulbs out!
Isn't it weird how they can pop up after a few warm days!!! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteMy daffodils are about 2 inches up
ReplyDeleteThose little Narcissi better keep a coat nearby -I'll bet old man Winter isn't finished yet. Have a great weekend. Pappy
