Good Friday Gardener

Good Friday is traditionally the day to plant gardens to insure success,
and despite recent cold weather, including a couple of killing frosts,
this Summerfield gardener was hard at work. He intended to plant
 squash, cucumbers and tomatoes yesterday.

To be continued...as the garden grows!

We dug around in the dirt a bit today. Tomatoes, green peppers, and summer cabbage. We have to go back for cokes; HD was sold out.

That is one heck of a garden! Looks more like a farm to me. I hope the cold weather has departed for good and he has great success!

I cannot imagine starting a graden at this time of year in Minnesota. The plot looks pretty huge and very ambitious!
