Respite

The rocking chairs on this Old Town neighborhood porch look like a pretty good place to rest...away from television and all the election hype...and into enjoying the cooler temperatures of early autumn.

I saw your blog and found a piece of history your camera recorded. It is a blink, stopped dead-still, exposing a moment in time and the beauty you saw in two rocking chairs and the memory of those times when taking a break was the thing to do.

This looks so inviting...I wish I was sitting there with a good book to read.
