So on the coldest day of winter, what should be perched upon the birdbath?
A bluebird!
Actually, there were two, and today was the second time
I have spotted them in our backyard.
And we don't even have a bluebird house.

I love bluebirds! This time of year the bluebird isn't building nests so he/she doesn't care if there's a special bluebird house - at least that's what I think.
