Kate, I'm assuming this is more convenient for those who may not be steady on their feet or for parents with babies. I know it would have been a big help back when I had a 2-year-old and twin babies. Running errands with little ones would have been impossible back then without drive-throughs at the bank, pharmacy and some restaurants.:)
