Daffodil Debut

The annual daffodil debut has arrived!

Late January may seem early for spring flowers, but daffodils and snowdrops
are usually the first to shoot up from the brown ground.
Now, if the weather will just stay warm enough to keep them around!

  1. Mine never seem to bloom. Bad soil or bad gardener, I'm not really sure.

  2. Barbara, if the stems are cut back before they retreat into the ground, daffodils won't bloom the next year. I found out the hard way!

  4. January is far too early for daffs. Surely. Isn't it?
