The Four Horses of Water Avenue

As long as the water keeps running, these horses will have plenty of water! 
The fountain is located on Water Avenue in front of the St. James Hotel
 next to Lafayette Park.

    Beautifully crafted horses. Is it just me, or does the name St. James give off an aura of historic luxury? Seems every St. James Hotel I've heard of was a grand example of lush accommodations in the 1890s. :-)
