The banks of the Alabama River teem with wildlife and not just alligators! Here we have several whitetail deer in a photo that was taken by Randy Smith.
Hello, I love your photography, we used to live in Selma, and viewing your pictures have brought back how very much we enjoyed our time there. I wonder if you have any pictures of Mortimer the skeleton in the riverside restaurant? No one believes me when I talk about Mortimer! Would you post a picture of the famous skeleton? It would mean a lot to me to known that Mortimer is still a fixture at the restaurant.
Hi Susiq2. I don't have any pictures of Mortimer but will check and see if he is still there. Yes, I do remember seeing him, though! Thanks for visiting!
I'm glad you asked how many we could spot because I had found one and I thought I was very clever. Your question prompted me to look again and I found four. What a great photo!
How does four sound? They obviously like the place and feel at home there!
ReplyDeleteI'm seeing four too!
ReplyDeleteThat's how many I picked out too.
