Interesting. Undergrounding existing utilities is pretty expensive. I am surprised that your city chose to do it in today's economic environment. Having private developers put utilities underground when building a community, like Jacob's, is much more common and doesn't put the financial burden on the city and its residents.

That is wonderful that they're putting utilities underground! Especially when the storms come. Everything is underground here at Stone Creek.
