What could be prettier on the first day of June than daylilies, brilliant orange, almost red daylilies? They really pop amid the green foliage and white picket fence.
Ah-hah, so that's what these pretty little blossoms are called. I recently saw some on a trip to Cahaba and was planning to check out a book on Alabama flowers to see what it might be called!
They are lovely! My daylilies are not doing well this year for some reason.
