Painted and Pristine
Not long ago, I posted a picture of Ashford, a Neoclassical Victorian home, that was getting a front porch renovation. The grand entrance on this 1903 beauty is finished and ready to welcome guests for the 35th annual Historic Selma Pilgrimage March 18-21.
This Church Street treasure is one of nine homes on tour this year. New photos and information about the tour homes, church, museums and other venues are being updated daily on the Pilgrimage website.

I bet the inside looks wonderful. We did a home tour but no photos were allowed inside. I would love to sit on the second floor balcony and watch people go by.
Yes, it is beautiful. I toured the house many years ago, and the same people still own it. No photos allowed in our tour homes either, and I can understand why.
They are quite beautiful! I like that balcony too.
Jim, I just want to add that more photos of the houses on tour will soon be available on the Pilgrimage website. Thanks for your comment.
They did a nice job. I like the turquoise ceiling.
"They" did a nice job on this! I don't understand the no photo rule, either, except that photographers can be rather rude and push people out of the way to get a shot and shoot a flash right into people's, and step on their feet, and ...
;-)
This is quite beautiful and makes an excellent place for a wedding picture.
Wow, that I like!
Great architecture and beautiful colors.
Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful!
«Louis» saw you commented at "Pappy's Place" and wanted to stop by and visit.
