Bright and Breezy (Skywatch Friday)
Bright and breezy!
That's been the weather all week, and it gets even breezier today with winds forecast at 15 to to 25 mph and temps falling into the mid-20s tonight!
I'm glad NOT to be among those sitting out in the wind chills at the high school football playoff games!
For more skies, head on over to www.skyley.blogspot.com
(EXTRA! A Dallas County Arts Alliance member noticed an article in Budget Travel Magazine about a road trip through Alabama that includes a stopover in Selma. Click HERE for the website link.
The part about Selma will be on page 2.)
We need to bundle up this weekend!
ReplyDeleteWhat am great article.
Love the red contrast with our pretty blue sky this time of year.
You got that flag going every which direction.
ReplyDeleteReal sense of brightness in this shot! And thatmust have been a strong wind going by the odd shape of that flag!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty picture! Happy skywatch :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely shot of the flag against those red leaves :-) I wanted to comment on your butterfly blog but couldn't find a comment spot....they are lovely and so creative! Our city has done several of these art projects, including butterflies and I always enjoy them so much! Thanks for stopping by my blog!
ReplyDeleteMary, thanks for letting me know about the butterfly blog comments section. It is fixed now.
ReplyDeleteIt's already that cold here in the Ozarks! Nice capture. Thanks
ReplyDeleteThe red on the flag and the trees look very nice against the blue sky. It was quite chilly this morning in Jackson, but it should get into the 70s by this afternoon.
ReplyDeleteGreat contrast. What a beautiful photo.
ReplyDeleteNice bright colors support the beauty of the white wisps of clouds in the bright blue sky. Pretty.
ReplyDeleteI love the angle of this photo. Very pretty!

ReplyDeleteJust another little note...
ReplyDeleteThere is an award waiting for you on my blog.
