Undecided (Skywatch Friday)


With great respect to the power of hurricanes and tropical storms, here is the "eye" in our sky of TS Fay a few weeks ago. Actually, it was just a fair spot in one of the tropical bands. Here's hoping that Hurricane Ike spares devastation to Texas and the Gulf Coast this weekend.

    The weather is really on the move in the southeast. I like your storm analogy. We've ben getting some huge clouds lately too. This is a very strong image you have here.

    Ike is all over the news. Buses are pulling up in Dallas every few minutes with people. Lets hope it weakens before hitting land.

    Ike scares me. I'm nowhere near there, but I have far too many family and friends in the region.

    Lets hope Ike spares all of the region.
