Crape Myrtles, my favorite. Ours are almost through blooming here. I love it when those white ones shed, it looks like snow on the ground. Speaking of snow - it's hotter than hades here, like an oven - we could use some snow!!
Hi Virginia. Yes, the Walgreen's thermometer read 98 degrees a while ago, and the crape myrtles are shedding here too. I may have to post a snow photo from January one day.
Downtown Selma is filled with flowers this time of year including these white beauties by the Dallas County Courthouse.
