This is what I call a real DINING OUT experience!
The Restaurant on Grumbles Alley recently added an enclosure to create a cozy outdoor dining atmosphere. It is located between Water Avenue and the Alabama River just down the street from the St. James Hotel. Good food too! Oh, and don't miss Thursday nights...there is live music.

How delightful to have found a Selma daily photo! I miss the South and sweet tea!
I would happily dne out there unde those lovely hanging baskets.
That looks really nice. I would enjoy eating there too if the food is any good.
I sure would enjoy that place if I lived near it...if nothing else just get a coke and sit outside and visit with a friend...if the food is good, that is an added bonus.
Yes, that's real dining out.
Just about every eating {of any kind} establishment in my city, has one of these. People just love it. :-)
Please go over and read my today's entry in 'Smilnsigh.' I speak of the delightful book, I found in one of your entries here. :-)

I'll put that on my list of places to eat when I make my trek northward. I'll be not many folks can say northward trek when speaking of Selma. Pappy
Neat! I love eating outside, although I don't do it as often as I would like because in the south (as you well know) we have to fight off the heat, humidity and mosquitos!
Sounds like the place to be!
Love the name of the alley! I'd gladly dine there! Thanks for your visit!
The food is just AWESOME!!!!
