Oooh! I used to love peanut brittle. . .I gave up eating stuff made with white sugar almost two years ago. It's hardest this time of year with candy canes, peanut brittle, Christmas cookies.
I enjoyed seeing your other posts. . . .The wreaths certainly do suddenly appear, no? And the holiday fairs are always fun. . .I've been out of town, so I'm catching up today!!
I ate a peanut brittle as a kid-- my parents always bought it at Christmastime-- my sister found "peco" brittle (it has coconut too) I'd like to watch someone make it from scratch!

Mmmm, yummy. My father loved peanut brittle. I used to make it for him. I haven't made any since he passed in 1998.
ReplyDeleteAnd now I'm allergic to peanuts.
Nice picture, by the way! :-D
