Feast of the Fourth

The Fourth of July is celebrated with feasts as well as fireworks. Here's a portion of our festive holiday table yesterday. The feast included barbecue chicken, pork roast, pork ribs, squash, creamed corn, green beans, cantaloupe, hot peppers, coleslaw, potato salad, sliced tomatoes and homemade peach ice cream.

THAT looks delish! Especially the chicken... oh is that sweet tea?!

Madge, we make unsweet tea since most of our family likes it that way, but if that's my tea, it's sweet!
